First off, I will talk about the title of this post. NO, you per>s it's not that kind of hump. Wednesday is also known as "hump day" because it is smack in the middle of the week. So, once you get over the hump/hill you roll down to the weekend! Yay! So that is why my title is what it is.
Exercise - what most of the U.S. could stand to do some of. How can you even let yourself get so fat, America? Just get up and walk! That's exercise! But nooo. Instead, we invented remotes so that people don't even have to get up when they want to change the channel. They just sit on the couch, eat chips, and gain pounds and pounds. Fast food joints, you don't help either. Sure, they can be okay when you're on a long road trip (meaning to another state not just your dad's house) or if you do enough exercise to burn all that crap off. What's not okay is eating it for multiple meals a day or even eating it every other day. So please do yourself a favor and just get some exercise.
